Sir Alex Ferguson has warned Cristiano Ronaldo not to let his frustration get the better of him and told the World Player of the Year: "You can't get everything your own way." The Manchester United winger has cut a frustrated figure at times this season and was guilty of giving the ball away in the lead-up to goals for Aston Villa and Porto in the last week.
Ronaldo was the key figure in United's march to the Premier League and Champions League double last season but boss Ferguson has made sure the Portuguese star knows what is expected.
He said: "No, I don't accept that he will give goals away because of the player he is, I speak to him about it. I don't accept that from anyone.
"In European football, if you give the ball away it takes a long time to get it back.
"He always feels he's not getting the proper protection from referees and I think that, maybe, in quite a few cases he is right, and a few cases he is not right.
"It's hard when a player who wants to entertain doesn't get everything his own way. But you can't get everything your own way.
"He understands that and there's not a problem with that. It's just a frustration that he feels he doesn't get the decision and he gets upset about it.
"I think, obviously, he doesn't enjoy that and he knows he's letting himself down more than anything.
"He holds his hands up. I have had to remind him about that but I'm not getting into what has been said."

Di dalam surah Al-Baqarah, ayat 186, Allah telah berfirman, “..Aku perkenankan permohonan orang yang berdoa apabila ia berdoa kepadaKu. Maka hendaklah mereka menyahut seruanku (dengan mematuhi perintahKu), dan hendaklah mereka beriman kepadaKu supaya mereka menjadi baik serta betul. ”
Firman Allah lagi di dalam surah Ghafir ayat 55, “Berdoalah kamu kepadaKu nescaya Aku perkenankan doa permohonan kamu. Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang sombong takbur daripada beribadat dan berdoa kepadaKu, akan masuk neraka Jahannam dalam keadaan hina.”
Kedua-dua ayat ini menunjukkan Allah menyuruh semua umat Islam berdoa kepadaNya, seterusnya beriman dengan mematuhi perintahNya. Mereka yang tidak memohon sesuatu daripada Allah dikategorikan sebagai orang yang sombong dan takbur.
Menurut An-Nu’man Bin Basyir, Rasulullah pernah berkata , “Doa itu termasuk ibadah,” lalu beliau membaca ayat 55 dari surah Ghafir seperti di atas.[1] Di dalam riwayat lain, Rasulullah telah bersabda, “Tiada sesuatu pun yang lebih mulia di sisi Allah Azza wa Jalla selain daripada doa.” [2]
Di dalam konteks mencari pasangan hidup, amalan berdoa perlu dimulakan sejak awal. Setelah berniat dengan betul, doa diteruskan secara konsisten sepanjang masa. Mudah-mudahan Allah mempertemukan dengan pasangan hidup yang dapat menjamin kesejahteraan di dunia dan di akhirat.
Berikut merupakan antara 9 petua dari Rasulullah s.a.w. untuk mencapai doa yang mustajab yang sempat saya sertakan :
1. Anas Bin Malik meriwayatkan bahawa Rasulullah bersabda, “Doa di antara azan dan iqamat tidak akan ditolak.” [3]
2. Sesungguhnya Rasulullah bersabda: Allah akan turun ke langit dunia setiap malam ketika sepertiga malam yang terakhir, seraya berfirman: Sesiapa yang berdoa kepadaKu, maka Aku akan menerima permintaannya dan sesiapa yang meminta keampunan dariKu maka Aku akan mengampuninya. [4]
3. Abu Hurairah meriwayatkan bahwa Rasulullah bersabda, “Tiga orang yang tidak ditolak doanya, iaitu pemimpin yang adil, orang berpuasa ketika dia berbuka dan orang yang dianiaya. Allah mengangkat doa-doa itu ke awan dan pintu-pintu langit dibuka.” [5]
4. Ibnu Abbas meriwayatkan bahawa Rasulullah bersabda, “Aku dilarang membaca Al-Quran ketika sujud dan rukuk. Waktu yang paling dekat di antara hamba dan tuhanNya adalah ketika sujud, maka perbanyakkanlah doa ketika itu.” [6]
5. Hadis Abu Hurairah r.a, Nabi s.a.w bersabda: “Jika kamu mendengar ayam jantan berkokok, pohonlah kurnia daripada Allah, kerana sesungguhnya binatang tersebut melihat malaikat. Jika kamu mendengar keldai memekik, pohonlah perlindungan daripada Allah dari godaan syaitan, kerana binatang tersebut melihat syaitan.” [7]
6. Ubadah Bin As-Shamit berkata bahawa Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. bersabda, “Sesiapa yang bangun pada malam hari dan mengatakan,
Kemudian mengatakan, atau berdoa, doanya akan dimakbulkan. Apabila beliau berwudhu (dan mengerjakan solat malam), solatnya akan diterima Allah.” [8]
7. Ata Bin Abi Rabah berkata “Telah sampai padaku bahawa Rasulullah bersabda, sesiapa yang membaca surah Yassin pada permulaan hari maka segala hajatnya akan dipenuhkan.” [9]
8. Hadith dari Abu Hurairah, Rasulullah bersabda, “Doa seseorang itu akan dikabulkan selagi dia tidak terburu-buru menyebabkan dia berkata: Aku berdoa tetapi tidak dimakbulkan.” [10]
9. Hadith dari Abu Hurairah, “Rasulullah memperkatakan mengenai hari Jumaat. Lalu baginda bersabda, pada hari Jumaat itu ada suatu saat. Bilamana seorang muslim dapat menepatinya dalam keadaan sedang berdoa, memohon sesuatu daripada Allah, pasti dia akan dianugerahkan apa yang dipohonnya itu.” [11]

Solat fardu yang dituntut ke atas setiap mukalaf wajib ditunaikan selagi tiada halangan syarie yang menghalang dari melakukannya kefarduan tersebut.
Jumhur ulama sepakat mengatakan wajib mengqada solat yang tertinggal, sama ada secara sengaja ataupun kerana keuzuran.
Hadis Rasulullah SAW yang bermaksud: Sekiranya ada sesiapa di antara kalian yang tertidur dari solat (sehingga terluput waktu), atau terlupa dari menunaikannya maka hendaklah dia menunaikan solat tertinggal atau yang terlupa itu apabila dia teringat, sesungguhnya Allah SWT berfirman yang bermaksud: Dirikanlah solat semata-mata ingat pada-Ku. (riwayat Muslim, jld:1, hlm:477).
Maksud dua keuzuran syarie yang berlaku melalui fitrah manusia, pertama tertidur dan yang kedua terlupa. Sekiranya kedua-dua keadaan sama ada terlupa mahupun tertidur, maka hendaklah diqada solat itu. Mengqadakan solat yang sengaja ditinggalkan tentu adalah lebih utama.
Hadis Rasulullah yang lain bermaksud: Hutang Allah lebih utama dilangsaikan. (riwayat al-Bukhari, jld:3, hlm:46)
Mengqada ibadat yang fardu adalah wajib dan ia hutang yang tertanggung ke atas setiap individu muslim tidak boleh tidak wajib ditunaikan. Dengan demikian wajiblah bagi setiap orang yang meninggalkan solat atau mana-mana kefarduan yang lain tanpa keizinan syarak wajib melangsaikannya sebelum bertemu ajal.
Tunaikan setiap waktu yang tertinggal dengan mengqadanya pada waktu-waktu yang anda mampu melakukannya.
Contohnya diharuskan bagi mereka yang ingin mengqada solat yang tertinggal dengan melakukan qada pada bila-bila masa, asalkan bukan pada waktu larangan. Waktu itu ialah selepas waktu solat fajar dan selepas solat asar sehingga masuk waktu maghrib, atau lebih tepat ketika naik matahari dan ketika tenggelam matahari.
Tiada alasan
Selain daripada kedua waktu ini adalah harus melakukan qada, seperti selepas solat zuhur, maghrib. Ini kerana mengqada ibadat adalah wajib disegerakan dan tidak boleh bertangguh.
Adalah lebih baik saudara utamakan solat qada daripada solat-solat sunat, tetapi lebih baik kalau kedua-duanya dipelihara bersama.
Namun, kedudukan solat sunat adalah mengikut kesempatan dan kelapangan tetapi solat yang wajib yang tertinggal mesti dicari masa untuk mengqadanya.
Maksudnya, selepas solat fardu maghrib boleh mengqada solat asar, selepas zuhur boleh mengqada solat subuh, maksudnya tidak semestinya mengqada solat yang tertinggal pada waktunya.
Sebenarnya tiada alasan yang boleh kita berikan kenapa kita tidak mahu qada dan tidak sempat. Kalau diteliti, kita ada masa yang cukup untuk mengqada solat yang tertinggal tetapi pelbagai variasi alasan yang diberikan atas kealpaan itu.
Apa yang menghairankan kita ialah sikap manusia yang sempat melakukan aktiviti-aktiviti sehariannya. Menonton televisyen, minum di kedai kopi, melayan khidmat pesanan ringkas (sms), makan dan minum, baca akhbar, melayan e-mel, melayari Internet dan pelbagai lagi aktiviti sememangnya sempat kita lakukan. Tetapi apabila membicarakan masa solatatau qada solat yang wajib, kenapa pula tidak sempat?
Kenapa? Jawapannya, kita tidak serius dalam melakukan perintah Allah SWT. Kadang-kadang manusia lebih takut kepada perintah yang dikeluarkan oleh ketuanya berbanding arahan yang dikeluarkan oleh Tuhan yang mencipta, memberi kehidupan dan rezeki kepadanya.
Allah wajib dipatuhi, ketua juga wajib dipatuhi, tetapi apabila bertembung arahan ketua dan arahan Allah SWT, maka arahan Allah mesti diutamakan.
Contohnya Allah memerintahkan kita solat, ketua kita suruh kita jangan solat, maka perintah Allah mesti diutamakan berbanding dengan perintah ketua.
Selagi mana seseorang itu tidak mengqada solat, selagi itulah taubatnya tidak diterima Allah SWT.

ALOR SETAR – Kedah berjaya memperoleh kemenangan pertama dalam saingan Piala Konfederasi Asia (AFC) selepas menundukkan Eastern Athletic daripada Hong Kong 2-0 di Stadium Darulaman malam tadi.
Pertemuan malam tadi merupakan perlawanan ketiga Kedah bagi Kumpulan G di kejohanan tersebut.
Pasukan tuan rumah yang membariskan pemain berpengalaman ternyata ampuh mengatur serangan ke arah kubu lawan.
Kedah hampir memperoleh gol awal pada minit ketiga menerusi percubaan Shafizan Hashim, namun ia berjaya ditangkap kemas oleh penjaga gol Eastern Athletic, Yapp Hung Fai.
Seminit selepas itu, lawan pula mendapat sepakan percuma dan disempurnakan oleh Yeung Ching Kwong, tetapi percubaan tersebut tersasar ke tepi gawang Kedah.
Berbekalkan misi memburu tiga mata penuh, Kedah terlebih dahulu berada di hadapan pada minit ke-27.
Jaringan pembukaan itu hadir menerusi tandukan Farizal Rozali yang menerima sepakan sudut Badrol Bakhtiar.
Perlawanan yang terus mempamerkan keseimbangan selepas itu tidak menghalang Eastern Athletic untuk mengatur serangan balas.
Kubu pasukan Kedah yang menerima cubaan penyerang lawan turut cemas seketika sebelum pertahanannya kembali mengalih bola ke kawasan lain.
Kelebihan beraksi di tempat sendiri juga menjadi perangsang kepada pemain tuan rumah untuk menggandakan kedudukan.
Jaringan kemenangan pasukan Kedah muncul menerusi Mohd. Azrul Ahmad pada minit ke- 77 selepas dia menerima hantaran Farizal.
Permainan yang semakin rancak selepas itu bagaimanapun gagal mengubah kedudukan yang memihak kepada pasukan Kedah.

Unfortunately, his career since then has been plagued by a succession of long absences through injuries, earning him the unwanted nickname of 'Sicknote'. He retired from football in December 2008, but bowed out in style by scoring a late winner for Bournemouth in his last ever appearance, to remind us all of what a great talent he could have been if he'd only been able to stay fit.
ROBBIE FOWLER - LIVERPOOL
One of the first young hotshots to break onto the scene, Robbie Fowler made his debut for Liverpool aged 18 in a Coca-Cola Cup tie at Fulham in September 1993, and marked it with a goal. Two weeks later, he did even better, smashing four past the Cottagers in the second leg in front of an already adoring Anfield crowd. He scored the Premier League's fastest-ever hat-trick in 4 minutes 32 seconds against Arsenal during the 1994/95 season, then picked up the PFA Young Player of the Year award at the end of a campaign. Injuries started to take their toll however, and he has spent the last eight years flitting from club to club, currently plying his trade in Australia.
DAVID BECKHAM - MANCHESTER UNITED
He may have been overshadowed at first by youth team colleagues like Nicky Butt, Paul Scholes and Gary Neville, but shy young midfielder Beckham soon came to prominence at Old Trafford after scoring from his own half against Wimbledon in 1997. Under a year later his international fame was secured by his relationship with Posh Spice and his sending-off for England in the World Cup clash with Argentina. He bounced back from that of course, and went on to be a star for United and a captain for his country. An ill-fated spell in America looked to have all-but ended his top level career, but he's currently doing well with AC Milan and breaking records for England.
MICHAEL OWEN - LIVERPOOL
Like Robbie Fowler before him, Owen made an immediate impact for Liverpool by scoring on his debut in a 2-1 league defeat at Wimbledon at the end of the 1996/97 season. If he was a promising young talent then, he was an international superstar a year later, after scoring 23 goals for the Reds, including two hat-tricks, and making it into the England squad for the World Cup. Like Beckham, he made his name against Argentina, but Owen was noticed for more positive reasons, scoring a wonder-goal. Since then he has had a frustrating year in Spain with Real Madrid before returning to England to spend most of time on the Newcastle United treatment table, while his international career has floundered.
DANNY CADAMARTERI - EVERTON
Everton's original Premiership wonderkid, Danny Cadamarteri broke into the team in 1997, aged 17, and became a fans favourite by scoring four goals in seven games early in the 1997/98 season. He was born in Bradford, but was eligible to play for England, Nigeria, Italy, Ireland, Scotland or Jamaica at international level. He chose England, but never got the chance as off-pitch troubles overshadowed his increasingly less impressive contributions for Everton. He left in 2002 to join Bradford and has had spells with Leeds, Sheffield United, Grays Athletic, Leicester City and currently turns out for Huddersfield Town.
FRANCIS JEFFERS - EVERTON
Followed Cadamarteri into the Everton side and soon became more the famous of the pair, showing a predadory instinct in the box that made him the darling of Goodison Park until a contract row soured his relationship with the fans. In 2001 he moved to Arsenal for £8m, but the move proved to be a big mistake, with Jeffers starting just four games in three years at Highbury, while he also had a brief and unimpressive spell back at Everton on loan. He did score in his only England appearance, in a 3-1 defeat at home to Australia, but has gone on to have unspectacular stints at Charlton Athletic and Blackburn Rovers before joining Sheffield Wednesday.

Like so many young stars, Steven Gerrard has had more than his fair share of injury problems since bursting onto the scene in 1998, and at various stages it has looked like his career would be blighted by them. However, he has shaken off those worries to blossom into a crucial player for club and country, inspiring Liverpool to their famous Champions League triumph in 2005 and scoring many crucial goals along the way. Recently won his fifth Player Of The Month award and is amongst the top scorers in the Premier League as well as a real candidate for Player Of The Season no matter what Liverpool achieve.
ALAN SMITH - LEEDS UNITED
Local lad Alan Smith made his debut for Leeds in 1998 and scored with his first touch against Liverpool. He went on to become a cult hero at Elland Road until he made the controversial move to Manchester United in 2004 after Leeds were relegated. He struggled at Old Trafford, with a lack of goals seeing him pushed back into midfield before a horrific leg break. Smith was unable to regain his place after that and moved to Newcastle United in 2007, where he is still awaiting his first league goal.
ROBBIE KEANE - COVENTRY CITY
Amazingly, Coventry City set a new British transfer record for a teenager when they signed Robbie Keane from Wolverhampton Wanderers for £6m in 1999, and he repaid them with two goals in his first game. Since then, he's gone on to play for Internazionale (earning Coventry a £7m profit after just a year) Leeds United and Tottenham Hotspur before last summer's dream move to Liverpool. Which was a complete disaster, as it turned out, so he's now back at White Hart Lane.
JERMAINE PENNANT - ARSENAL
Caused a sensation when he signed for the Gunners from Notts County for £2m in 1999, aged just 15. He spent time on loan at Watford before getting the chance to shine in the top flight on loan to troubled Leeds in 2003/04. He did very well in difficult circumstances at Elland Road, and looked like he would be able to force his way into the Arsenal side when he returned to Highbury. Unfortunately that never happened, and a series of problems off the field, culminating in a drink-driving charge, led to a rapid exit from Highbury, with Pennant signing for Birmingham in 2005. Since then, he's had the chance to redeem himself at Liverpool, but had now ended up on loan at Portsmouth.
JERMAINE JENAS - NEWCASTLE UNITED
Very highly-rated in a talented young Notts Forest side, Jermaine Jenas was expected to set the Premier League alight when he joined Newcastle for £5m in 2002, but has so far struggled to live up to his billing. He had some great games and scored some great goals with the Magpies, but also had too many anonymous appearances. Sven Goran Eriksson liked him, and gave him plenty of England caps, but Jenas has never convinced at international level, while he has had mixed fortunes with Tottenham Hotspur since joining in 2005.
SHAUN WRIGHT-PHILLIPS - MANCHESTER CITY
Ian Wright's adopted son joined City after being released by Nottingham Forest for being too small, and he certainly hasn't let his lack of physical stature get in the way of his career ever since. He became a real favourite with the fans at Maine Road and then Eastlands with his surging runs and spectacular goals, earning himself a place in the England squad. He then left City to join Chelsea, where his career stagnated, leaving him out of favour for club and country until 2008 when he left to return to Eastlands.
WAYNE ROONEY - EVERTON
Rooney literally exploded onto the scene for Everton in October 2002 when he smashed a dramatic late winner against champions Arsenal in a 2-1 victory at Goodison Park. He made his England debut later that season in a match against Australia, and has been a mainstay of the national team ever since, particularly impressing at Euro 2004 until his tournament was cut short by injury. Moved to Manchester United and scored a Champions League hat-trick on his debut, he remains a key figure for club and country, even if his temper gets him in trouble a little too often.
JAMES VAUGHAN - EVERTON
After Rooney's departure, James vaughan gave Everton fans a new young hero to celebrate when he made his debut aged just 16 years and 271 days old, making him the club's youngest-ever first team player, while his goal made him the Premier League's youngest-ever goalscorer. Since then, a series of long-term injuries have held up his progress, but Vaughan remains in the first team picture at Goodison Park and is still only 20 years old, so have plenty of time to make a lasting impression.
GIUSEPPE ROSSI - MANCHESTER UNITED
The American-born Italian made a quick impression at Manchester United by scoring nine minutes after coming on against Sunderland in his first Premier League appearance. Another couple of goals against Burton Albion in an FA Cup replay saw him compared to Eric Cantona, but Rossi struggled to make the breakthrough at United and after a loan spell at Newcastle United, he was sold to Villarreal, where he has become a first team regular, also breaking into the Italian national team.
THEO WALCOTT - ARSENAL
At just 16 years and 143 days, Theo Walcott made an instant impact when he came on against Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2005-06, and scored his first goal on his full debut against Leeds United soon after. He quickly made a name for himself and was signed by Arsenal in January 2006, where he has been allowed to develop gradually by Arsene Wenger. Sven Goran Eriksson caused a stir by including him in his 2006 World Cup squad (he didn't play at the tournament), but he lived up to the hype for England in September 2008 when he became the youngest player to score a hat-trick for England.
GABRIEL AGBONLAHOR - ASTON VILLA
Gabriel Agbonlahor made his debut in March 2006 and scored Villa's only goal in a 4-1 defeat at Goodison Park, but really made his name after Martin O'Neill replaced David O'Leary in the following season and gave the youngster a regular place in the team. He made his England debut in November 2008 against Germany, but a dip in form in 2008/09 reached its nadir when his withdrawal in a defeat against Tottenham Hotspur saw him jeered by Villa fans.
FREDDIE SEARS - WEST HAM UNITED
Teenager Freddie Sears made his debut for West Ham in March 2008 and helped them beat Blackburn Rovers by scoring just five minutes after coming on. Since then, he has continued to establish himself as a key member of the first team squad, though he is still waiting for his second goal.
DANNY WELBECK - MANCHESTER UNITED
Danny Welbeck's first big taste of first team life came when he was included in the squad for the Champions League Final in 2008, though he had to wait until September of that year to make his debut against Middlesbrough in the Carling Cup. A couple of months later, he made a big impact by scoring a spectacular goal in his league debut against Stoke City, and has followed that up with a couple of FA Cup goals.

After Sunday's events at Old Trafford, the Italian will never be forgotten.
Manchester United captain Gary Neville described Federico Macheda's last-gasp winner as "unbelievable" after the Italian teenager came off the bench to score a vital goal against Aston Villa.
United returned to the top of the Barclays Premier League after coming from behind to beat Martin O'Neill's side 3-2 at Old Trafford.
Macheda caught virtually everybody by surprise with a fabulous turn and strike in injury time but Neville said the youngster already had a reputation at the club as a quality goalscorer.

"I'm just grateful to him really," Neville told Sky Sports News.
"In the first half we fell apart a bit defensively and I think I paid a little bit for not playing for a couple of months.
"But in the second half we played the right way - we never stopped, kept passing the ball and got stronger as the game went on.
"And the quality he (Macheda) has shown there for the finish at the end is unbelievable."
The captain insisted that the team never lost hope of turning around a match they had been losing 2-1.

"You never think you're going to lose," he said. "When you're out there you always think you can get something and I think when we got the second goal you always think you can get another one.
"You always know you're going to get a chance - Danny Welbeck had one before that and then the ball fell to Kiko (Macheda). We've not seen much of him before today but he's a great finisher and you would always want the ball to fall to him in the box."
Macheda, who ran over to his family after scoring, admitted he was in dreamland. "I think this is the day of my dreams - to score a goal like that on my debut," he said.
Sir Alex Ferguson believes that the Champions League encounter between Liverpool and Chelsea could prove vital to the sides' hopes of challenging Manchester United for the domestic title.

And Ferguson said that the team that emerges triumphant from the European clashes at Stamford Bridge and Anfield is likely to provide the biggest threat to his side in the title race.
"A lot of people are screaming Liverpool and saying they are on the charge at the moment and there is no question of that - we accept that challenge," Ferguson told Sky Sports News.
"But funnily enough, I think the winner of the Liverpool-Chelsea European tie will be our biggest threat - whoever wins that double-header, because of the knock-on effect.
"So many times it has become such an emotional fixture between the two clubs. There are never a lot of goals in it and they are very tight games. So whoever wins that, it will be a big step forward for them."

Ketika seluruh negara tertumpu ke tiga pilihanraya kecil dan Istana Negara, penyanyi tersohor Datuk Siti Nurhaliza Taruddin hari ini membuat satu kejutan - bertemu Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat.
Penyanyi nombor satu itu membuat kunjungan hormat ke atas menteri besar Kelantan selepas "sekian lama menyimpan hasrat bertemu tokoh ulama tersebut", lapor Harakahdaily.net.
Selepas kunjungan bersama suaminya Datuk Khalid Mohd Jiwa, beliau dilaporkan menzahirkan rasa syukur kerana hasratnya menjadi kenyataan.
"Selama ini saya hanya mengenali Tuan Guru melalui media massa sahaja tanpa bertemu secara dekat.
"Alhamdulillah Tuan Guru bersedia menerima kunjungan hormat saya dan suami. Pertemuan ini sebenarnya tiada sesuatu yang istimewa, maksudnya tiada agenda apa-apa," beliau dipetik berkata.
"Orang kata sepanjang hidup ni nak jugalah bertemu dengan Tuan Guru kerana saya begitu menghormati beliau secara peribadi."
Siti Nurhaliza menambah, mursyidul am PAS seorang yang berpegang pada prinsip serta ajaran agama.
Menurut laporan akhbar rasmi parti itu, pertemuan di pejabat menteri besar di Kota Bharu berlangsung kira-kira setengah jam.
Sempena kunjungan itu, Siti Nurhaliza dan tokoh PAS itu bertukar-tukar cenderahati.
Kakitangan pejabat menteri besar dan pejabat berdekatan di Kota Datul Naim turut mengambil peluang bertemu dengan selebriti ternama itu sambil bersalam dan bergambar, lapor laman web itu lagi.
